Happy Birthday to Peyton ... Part 2

It was really hot on my birthday
but the next day was supposed to be a lot cooler
about 20 degrees cooler ...

So mom and dad asked if it would be okay if we
go out for birthday on Sunday instead of Saturday ...

Come on ... let's go!!!!

Where are we going?
Crystal Lake Nature Center

I can't go inside but ...

I can go on the trails
We did the "orange" trail

Here we go ...

Taking a break ...
with mom and dad

We even saw a deer

I was having so much fun

And now we are done




This was fun ... but it's time to go!

I know where we are ...

I placed my order ...

And I ate the whole thing all by myself

it was soooo good

It was the best 4th birthday ever!

    That is one big frog! What a wonderful day you had! So glad the weather cooled off so you could get outside for a walk in such a great setting. We are so jealous of that ice cream cone! And the alone time!

    Oh I loved your birthday celebration! I loved the walkie on the orange trail! Wasn't that deer so beautiful? And the log with the big hole in it. Did you see any bunny rabbits in there? I love the photo of you with your mom and dad- such a nice photo!
    But oh my gosh- you ate that ice cream cone all by yourself?
    I would love to do that too. Did you get all that ice cream off your face?
